iCam Security Services guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, meaning they will be fit for their intended purpose, have no defects, be safe and durable. All new products sold by iCam Security are covered by a 12 month warranty or the manufacturers warranty whichever is the greater.
iCam Security Services will accept returns under warranty for repair or replacement where the product is found to be defective/faulty, not fit for its intended purpose, does not match the specification or description or the part was incorrectly supplied.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include the labour costs for installing the purchased item, nor does it include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories.
Warranty Repair or Replacement Policy
A claim under warranty for repair or replacement must be made within the warranty period which commences from purchase date. Proof of purchase or order reference/receipt must be provided with the claim.
Refunds will be at the discretion of iCam Security Services and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Product must be returned in the original condition and packaging with all parts and accessories included. Where items have been dispatched under our Free Shipping offer, a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund total. Refunds may not be given if you change your mind, buy the incorrect product or size or if the product has been specially ordered.
HOW do customers return items?
Log into your online iCam Security Services account.
Go to the Resolution Centre
Open a new dispute
Select Item dispute
Select the type of dispute
Select the Order reference number or view a list of past orders and select the order that contained the item/s being returned
Select dispute selected item and enter the quantity next to the item/s to be returned from the list.
Enter a detailed explanation for the return and any fault finding that has been carried out (if applicable).
WHEN must items be returned by?
All requests for return must be within 30 days from date of purchase (unless under a warranty claim)
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Upon approval of your return from iCam Security Services we will email the RMA# and return postal address.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender unless iCam Security Services accepts responsibility for the shipping within Australia.
